Refund & Return Policy
We want every customer to be happy with their order. If something is wrong — damaged in transit, defective, or not what you ordered — get in touch and we'll make it right.
1. Eligible for Return or Refund
- Item arrived damaged or broken.
- Item is defective (does not power on, leaks, etc.).
- You received the wrong item (different product than ordered).
- Item missing from a multi-item order.
2. NOT Eligible for Return
- E-liquid bottles where the seal has been broken.
- Disposable vapes that have been used or activated.
- Coils that have been installed or wet.
- Pods that have been filled.
- Items reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
- Change-of-mind returns on hygiene-sealed products.
This restriction exists because vape products are personal-use items where hygiene and safety can't be re-verified after the seal is broken.
3. How to Report an Issue
- Contact us via the WhatsApp button within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the issue and the product packaging.
- We'll respond within 1 business day to confirm next steps.
4. Resolution Options
Depending on the situation, we will offer one of the following:
- Replacement — we send a fresh unit at no extra cost (most common).
- Store credit — credit applied to your next order.
- Refund — if a replacement isn't available, we refund via the original payment method. COD orders are refunded by InstaPay transfer to a number you provide.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days from the date of approval. The time it takes for the funds to reach your account depends on your bank or InstaPay provider.
6. Shipping Costs
If the issue is our fault (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we cover return shipping. For other returns at our discretion, shipping is the customer's responsibility.
7. Order Cancellation
You can cancel an order at no cost any time before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order is on its way and standard return rules apply.
