Welcome to VAPE CLUB. By accessing or using our website at vapeclubeg.com and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Age Restriction (21+)
VAPE CLUB sells vaping products intended exclusively for adults aged 21 and over. By using this site you confirm you are at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or void any order if we have reason to believe the customer is under age.
2. Health Notice
Vaping products contain nicotine, which is an addictive substance. Vaping is not suitable for non-smokers, pregnant or breastfeeding women, people with heart conditions, or anyone sensitive to nicotine. Always read product labels and use as directed.
3. Products and Pricing
All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We do our best to keep product details, photos, and prices accurate, but small differences may occur. If a product is mispriced, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.
4. Orders
An order is a request to purchase — it is only confirmed once we contact you to verify your details. We may decline any order for any lawful reason, including stock issues, suspected fraud, or failed age verification.
5. Payment
We currently accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — pay the courier on receipt.
- InstaPay — transfer to the InstaPay handle shown at checkout.
We do not accept credit card details, bank details, or any other sensitive financial information through this website.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery is handled by third-party couriers across Egypt. Estimated delivery times are indicative, not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
7. Returns and Refunds
See our Refund Policy. In short: damaged or wrong items can be reported within 48 hours of receipt. Hygiene-sealed products that have been opened cannot be returned.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Resell products purchased from VAPE CLUB without our written permission.
- Use the site to commit fraud or abuse, including chargeback fraud.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute site content or product imagery without permission.
- Attempt to access the admin area or interfere with the site's security.
9. Intellectual Property
All site content — logo, photography, layout, copy, and code — is the property of VAPE CLUB or its licensors. You may not reuse it without written permission.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, VAPE CLUB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our maximum liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent Egyptian courts.
